Refund policy

At Nutra Pluss, customer satisfaction and product quality are important to us. Due to the nature of health and wellness supplements, we only accept returns under limited conditions.

Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product received is damaged.
  • The product received is wrong.
  • The product seal is broken at the time of delivery.
  • The product is expired or defective.

To request a return, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

The product must be:

  • Unused
  • Sealed
  • In original packaging
  • With proof of purchase/order number

Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons.

Refunds

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we may offer:

  • Product replacement
  • Store credit
  • Refund, where applicable

Refunds may take 5–10 working days after approval, depending on your payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products returned after the allowed return window
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
